We also take on boutique commercial construction projects for select clients.

There are two areas in which Andrew Lowrie truly excels: building homes and building relationships. As a skilled carpenter, construction supervisor and experienced general manager on projects ranging from modest and multi-phase to multi-million-dollar builds, he takes pride in upholding excellence in construction standards. At the same time, Andrew also understands the human side of building projects. He is well-liked and trusted as a personable, passionate and fully accountable project director who always maintains clear and open channels with his building clients. A true craftsman… and an excellent communicator. It’s these qualities that he brings to his leadership of Southview Homes.

Andrew graduated from George Brown’s Construction Engineering Management and Architectural Drafting and Design program in 2007.  He brings advanced skills as a carpenter, cabinet and tile installer and holds numerous certifications in construction supervising, safety management and cabinet installation. His more than a decade of work experience spans general management, project management, planning, estimation and installation for a wide range of mid-to-large size building projects across the Greater Toronto area
